Create a Schedule
If you suffer from allergies, it’s extremely important that you always stay on top of your various cleaning tasks in order to ensure that your home won’t trigger any of the allergies that you have. In terms of creating a schedule, you should always make it a point to clean your home throughout the entire week; however, be sure to spread all of your tasks out so that all you’ll need to do every day is just a little bit of cleaning.
Dust Every Week
This is perhaps the biggest task that you should put at the top of your list. Additionally, be sure that you use a microfiber cloth to do your dusting. If you use something such as a broom or another type of duster, you’ll risk spreading dust throughout the space in which you’re working, as well as your entire home. Because of this, you’ll end up risking an asthma attack or something similar. By using a microfiber cloth, you’ll be able to pick up tiny particles so that you can ensure all dust will be removed.
Vacuum on a Regular Basis
As previously mentioned, using something such as a broom will end up creating more dust than you would be able to handle as an allergy sufferer, so the best way to counteract this is to use a vacuum cleaner on a regular basis. Generally, you should do this at least twice per week so that all of your flooring and furniture pieces can be cleaned.
